Our Chef

With the broad range of restaurants in his portfolio, Chef Richard Sandoval combines international flavors and inventive techniques to create new and unexpected concepts and cuisines such as modern and coastal Mexican, Latin-Asian, Peruvian and Pan-Latin. Inspired by his travels to Asia, Noyane offers his take on contemporary Japanese cuisine with a blend of Asian flavors.


Noyane is closed for the season and will re-open in Spring 2018.
