Our Chef

With the broad range of restaurants in his portfolio, Chef Richard Sandoval combines international flavors and inventive techniques to create new and unexpected concepts and cuisines such as modern and coastal Mexican, Latin-Asian, Peruvian and Pan-Latin. Inspired by his travels to Asia, Noyane offers his take on contemporary Japanese cuisine with a blend of Asian flavors.

Hours

Noyane will re-open for the 2018 season on Thursday, May 18th. 

Starting on May 18th, the hours of operation will be:

Monday – Thursday: 11am – 11pm

Friday & Saturday: 11am – 12pm

Sunday: 11am – 10pm
